Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies, a leader in 3D technology services, seeks a Services Billing Ops Administrator to manage invoicing for all service orders and coordinate between Sales, Project Management, Resource Management, and Finance. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and urgency to meet customer and company needs.

Responsibilities include validating billings, assisting with PSA milestones, Timecard/Expense remediation, and reporting with Operations Leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional services/consulting operations.
• 3+ years of professional service/consulting project billing operations.
• 3+ years of general accounting for a professional services/consulting organization.

Responsibilities

• Validate and Invoice Project billings as approved by Project Managers (including expenses).
• Assisting Project Managers with PSA (includes Milestone remediation and Q&A).
• Assisting Services employees with PSA (includes Timecard & Expense Report remediation and Q&A).
• Work with Operations Management and Leadership on project reporting as defined by Leadership.
• Assist Operations Special Projects in processes and procedures related to services billing and time.
