Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules
• Lead complex ServiceNow projects including upgrades, integrations, and custom app development
• Oversee CMDB strategy, data governance, and accuracy initiatives
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks
• Review and approve technical designs, workflows, and customizations
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new capabilities
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of ServiceNow professionals
• Conduct performance reviews and create development plans
• Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to team members
• Manage resource allocation and workload distribution
• Ensure SLA compliance and high service quality
• Lead incident response and problem resolution
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with ServiceNow support
• Develop and maintain team documentation and knowledge base
• Lead ServiceNow roadmap planning and technology strategy
• Develop analytics frameworks to measure team performance
• Create executive dashboards and ROI reports
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Support stakeholders in defining requirements and approaches
