Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a ServiceNow Workflow Manager to lead development, implementation, and support teams at a DoD-aligned level from Langley AFB, Hampton, VA. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership to deliver reliable ServiceNow solutions across a global organization.

You will guide architectural direction, governance, and best practices, while promoting continuous learning and team growth within a high-availability service environment.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required and active.
• DOD 8140 IAT II certification required (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND).
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform and modules.
• Proven ability to lead ServiceNow initiatives including CMDB, ITSM, and analytics.
• Experience with DoD networks (NIPR/SIPR/JWICS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementations.
• Lead complex ServiceNow projects including upgrades, integrations, and custom application development.
• Manage a team of ServiceNow administrators, developers, and analysts; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure SLA compliance and incident resolution for platform issues.
• Develop analytics frameworks and executive dashboards to demonstrate ROI.
