Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a hands-on UX Lead to drive the design direction of our ServiceNow platform. You will own UX/UI standards, build a robust design system, and lead a growing team of designers and developers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
8+ years in UX/UI with leadership experience.
Experience with ServiceNow UX capabilities (UI Builder, Now Experience).
Hands-on front-end experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Proven design system and component library ownership.
Documented UX/UI standards and scalable adoption.
Hands-on user research and usability testing.
Portfolio of consumer-grade enterprise UX.
Proven people leadership; managed designers and developers.
Strong stakeholder management, including execs.
Proficient in Figma or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

Lead UX for ServiceNow platform, set direction, and own standards.
Build and own a design system and component library for consistency.
Define design patterns and reusable components across solutions.
