Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in UI/UX design for enterprise software.
• 4+ years with ServiceNow (Portal, UI Builder/Now Experience, Workspaces, or Virtual Agent).
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methods including research and usability testing.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end UI for ServiceNow modules, portals and workspaces.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into UI designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and stakeholder interviews to guide design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and reusable UI components.
• Design and configure Service Portal widgets and UI Builder pages; ensure feasibility within constraints.
• Ensure accessibility per Section 508 / WCAG 2.1 AA and test for compliance.
• Create UX documentation including personas, journeys and IA diagrams.
• Present concepts and rationale to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with ServiceNow updates and advise on design improvements.
• Support change management with clear visual interfaces and workflows.
