Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for ServiceNow modules, portals, and Workspaces.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to inform design decisions.
