The Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) seeks a ServiceNow UI/UX Designer to lead the design and enhancement of user-centered experiences on the District of Columbia Government's ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and end users to craft intuitive, accessible interfaces that improve service delivery for District employees, businesses, and residents.

Candidates should have 5+ years in UI/UX for enterprise systems, hands-on ServiceNow design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in UI/UX design for enterprise software.
• At least 4 years designing within ServiceNow platform (UI Builder/Now Experience).

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UI for ServiceNow modules, portals, and Workspaces with wireframes, flows, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into accessible designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate solutions.
