Gointellects Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow UI/UX Designer for a DC government project in Washington, DC. You will design end-to-end experiences for ServiceNow modules, build design systems, and ensure WCAG compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years UI/UX design for enterprise software.
4+ years ServiceNow design experience (Portal, UI Builder, Now Experience, Workspaces).
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
Strong user-centered design methods: research, journey maps, wireframes, usability testing.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to collaborate with developers.
Experience designing for accessibility (Section 508/WCAG 2.1 AA).
Strong portfolio of enterprise UX/UI work.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end user experiences for ServiceNow modules and portals.
Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews.
Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
Ensure accessibility compliance and testing.
Create UX documentation such as personas and journey maps.
Present concepts to agency leadership.
Stay current with ServiceNow updates and recommend improvements.
Support change management with visual documentation.
