Job summary

You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and end users to deliver accessible, visually engaging solutions that improve service delivery for employees, businesses, and residents. The role requires knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA, Now Design System, and experience designing for public-sector IT environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, including enterprise software.
• - Experience designing for ServiceNow or enterprise platforms is a plus.
• - Strong portfolio with end-to-end UX work for complex systems.
