Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to translate client requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solution specifications aligned with ServiceNow. You will lead process workshops and stakeholder interviews, develop feature lists for Agile delivery, and provide guidance throughout implementation.

Travel 25%–100% may be required. The role demands 3+ years on ServiceNow, 2+ years in workshops and process improvement, and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience with ServiceNow.
• 2+ years leading workshops and requirements gathering.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

• Translate client requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solution specifications.
