Job summary

Career Guidant is seeking an experienced IT consultant to lead business process consulting and architecture for client engagements. You will work with ServiceNow, CMDB, and Service-Watch to develop, configure, validate, and deploy solutions across projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and a readiness to travel. Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years ITSM experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• 7+ years of IT Service Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine business processes; architecture/design detailing of processes.
• Develop/Configure/validate solutions and deploy them.
• Manage projects and talent across client engagements.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements in a consulting environment.
