Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced project leader to guide a large-scale enterprise technology transformation focused on ServiceNow environments. You will drive strategy and hands-on execution, navigate complex stakeholder groups, and manage portfolios from planning to delivery.

This role offers significant visibility with senior leadership and opportunities to influence governance practices and enterprise technology standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology projects or enterprise programs.
• Strong background delivering ServiceNow implementations, migrations, upgrades, or platform consolidations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while balancing scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow initiatives across planning, delivery, and closure.
• Develop roadmaps, forecasts, and delivery plans for programs.
• Create executive dashboards and governance materials for senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Support governance, and drive adoption of PM standards and tools.
