• Minimum 4+ years’ experience leading workshops and gathering requirements.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience documenting requirements and user stories.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience identifying how to meet business requirements using ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Industry Best Practice guidance and collaborate with customers to achieve outcomes using ServiceNow.
• Lead process and design workshops and be a trusted advisor to the customer.
• Understand customer business needs and identify changes to enable business operations in the system.
• Document changes and adjustments required for users and processes interacting with the system.
• Work with cross-functional teams and maintain a customer-focused approach.
