Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to translate client requirements into functional designs and user stories. You will lead workshops, interview stakeholders, and guide Agile delivery through the implementation lifecycle, delivering value-driven outcomes.

Travel may be required (25%–100%), with opportunities to influence future-state service delivery and align with platform standards across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in the ServiceNow platform.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in leading workshops, requirements gathering, process definition, process improvement and re-engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts, process documents and creating user stories.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience identifying how to meet business requirements using ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree (Business or IT related) or equivalent experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into functional designs, user stories, and solution specifications aligned with ServiceNow.
• Leads process workshops, facilitates stakeholder interviews, develops feature lists and user stories for Agile delivery, and provides guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
