Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Tester to join the Engineering team for JTMS enhancements. You will perform hands-on functional and integration testing and help refine user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile SAFe environment.

You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into testable cases, validate ServiceNow solutions, and ensure quality across integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/IS/BA.
Minimum 5 years software testing experience, 3+ years in ServiceNow testing.
Active Secret clearance.
Experience testing ServiceNow workflows, configurations, and integrations.

Responsibilities

Requirements analysis: gather, refine, document business and technical needs.
User story development: create stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items.
Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Design, build, and maintain test scripts for ServiceNow apps and interfaces.
Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing in SAFe.
Validate ServiceNow forms, workflows, rules, roles, catalogs, and integrations.
Log defects with steps, track to resolution, retest, communicate findings.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, owners to maximize test coverage.
Develop and maintain test plans, test data, traceability matrices, evidence.
