Job summary

CACI International is seeking a ServiceNow Quality Assurance Engineer to lead testing across hardware and software components, with a focus on the ServiceNow SAM Pro module for the DoD. An active Secret clearance and strong Agile testing experience are required to ensure compliant ITAM solutions.

You will design test strategies, develop cases, execute tests, manage defects, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with product, development, and security teams is essential.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance required or eligible to obtain.
At least 5–10 years in QA/testing of hardware and software systems.
Minimum 2 years testing ServiceNow platform, especially SAM Pro.
Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) practices.
Experience with test planning, execution, and defect management in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test plans for hardware, software, and integrated systems.
Lead testing efforts for ServiceNow SAM Pro: discovery, reconciliation, license compliance, and reporting.
Manage defects using Jira or ServiceNow ITSM and report progress to stakeholders.
Create and maintain automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
