Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/IT/IS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in software testing with 3+ years ServiceNow testing.
• Experience testing ServiceNow workflows, configurations, and integrations.
• Strong requirement gathering and user story development skills.
• Proficient in SAFe, SDLC and Agile backlog refinement.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine business/technical requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Create structured user stories with clear acceptance criteria and backlog items.
• Design, build, and maintain test scripts for ServiceNow apps and integrations.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing within SAFe.
• Validate forms, workflows, roles/permissions, catalog items, and configurations.
• Log defects with reproducible steps and track through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to maximize test coverage.
• Develop and maintain test plans, data sets, and traceability matrices.
