Take2 Consulting, LLC seeks a ServiceNow Developer to support ITSM and SPM implementations. You will own user stories, design configurations, automate workflows, and build dashboards while integrating data from legacy systems.

Work within an Agile team to translate requirements into shippable increments and assist with testing, releases, and maintainance. The role requires 2+ years in ServiceNow development, familiarity with ITSM/SPM, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and SPM modules preferred.
• Functional testing experience (performance, end-user, functional).
• Ability to produce functional documentation such as user guides, SOPs, and UAT test scripts.

Support the design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow’s ITSM and SPM module solutions to modernize manual IT processes and improve operational efficiency. Own user stories to build out configurations, workflow automations, service portal features, and dashboards while integrating data from legacy enterprise systems. Work within an Agile delivery model to translate business requirements into functional increments through sprints. Conduct testing, validate data quality, support release activities, create user guides and SOPs, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing maintenance.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Clearance Requirements

Interim Secret clearance is required.

Work Arrangement

Remote anywhere in the US (Preference for East Coast Hours)

Pay Range

Pay range: $80,000.00–$140,000.00 (annual)
