Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to own end‑to‑end platform design, integrations, and governance from a remote location.

The role requires CSA certification, ITSM/CMDB expertise, and strong scripting capabilities across JavaScript, PowerShell, and shell scripting. You will drive discovery, service mapping, and event management with a focus on high availability and scalable environments.

Qualifications

• Senior Technical Lead/Architect with ServiceNow experience.
• Experience in ITSM, CMDB, Integrations, and VA within ServiceNow.
• Scripting in JavaScript, Unix shell, Windows PowerShell.
• REST/SOAP integrations and testing knowledge.
• ServiceNow CSA certification and Agile/Scrum familiarity.
• Understanding of SDLC and ITIL fundamentals.
• Ability to design repeatable dev/test/stage/prod environments.
• Experience with base platform, reports, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and follow best practices for ServiceNow development.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and plan iterations effectively.
• Ensure code quality and documentation; provide user support during UAT.
• Configure and maintain MID servers and credentials; use command line.
• Design and implement Service Map, Discovery schedules, and cloud discovery.
• Develop IRE rules, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Flows.
• Manage event management integrations and alert rules.

Job Description

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have Technical Competency

• Experience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.
• Experience of ITSM, CMDB, Integrations, VA within ServiceNow
• Basic Knowledge in Cloud Fundamentals, Windows/Unix admin skills
• Intermediate knowledge and ability of understanding Infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage/etc.)
• Good understanding in Monitoring tool
• Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations
• Knowledge and experience with base platform & reports
• Good experience in Scripting & RegEX (JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell)
• Experience in integration using REST API / SOAP / any other technology
• Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
• Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability
• Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Participate in the Daily stand-up meetings and understand the changes proposed on the requirements / user stories
• Must be self-directed and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks in an effective manner, meeting designated standards and criteria
