Talentify in Miami seeks a Senior Technical Lead/Architect to guide ITSM, ServiceNow integrations, and infrastructure design. You will drive platform architecture, ensure high availability, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Senior Technical Lead/Architect with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in ITSM, CMDB, Integrations, VA within ServiceNow.
• Basic Cloud fundamentals; Windows/Unix admin.
• Infrastructure setup knowledge (Server/Network/Storage).
• Understanding Monitoring tools.
• ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations.
• Knowledge of base platform & reports.
• Scripting & RegEx (JAVA, Unix Shell, PowerShell).
• REST API / SOAP integrations.
• Unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, UAT.
• Repeatable dev/test/prod environments with high availability.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• Agile/Scrum knowledge; SDLC awareness.

8+ years of experience

Must-Have:

• Experience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.
• Experience of ITSM, CMDB, Integrations, VA within ServiceNow
• Basic Knowledge in Cloud Fundamentals, Windows/Unix admin skills
• Intermediate knowledge and ability of understanding Infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage/etc.)
• Good understanding in Monitoring tool
• Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations
• Knowledge and experience with base platform & reports
• Good experience in Scripting & RegEX (JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell)
• Experience in integration using REST API / SOAP / any other technology
• Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
• Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability
• Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Behavioral competency :

• Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)
• Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratevily
• Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)
