We are immediately looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect _ Hybrid, Harrisburg, PA with one of our direct clients.

Position: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Location: Hybrid, Harrisburg, PA

Duration: Long term

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
• Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
• Responsible for developing and administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
• Apply good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
• Apply innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Consult with business analysts / Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in ServiceNow.
• Follow up on outstanding development needs and provide timely status reports to the project manager.
• Advise on options, risks and impacts on business/ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• ITOM CSDM Design Architecture, Architect Diagrams, Technical documents, ServiceNow Health Assessments
• ServiceNow Certifications: CTA, CSA, CIS ITSM CIS Discovery, ServiceNow Ops Technology.
• 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform design, custom applications, integrations, CMDB/CSDM, and workflow automation.
• Proven success leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform assessments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices and their technical application within ServiceNow.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and advise stakeholders on solution options, risks, and impacts.
• ServiceNow CSA required; CAD and CIS certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or other large, complex enterprise environments preferred.
