Job summary

Aven Hospitality, a technology leader in hospitality, seeks an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead / Developer to define platform direction, lead architecture decisions, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise service management and workflow automation.

You will guide governance, drive ITSM/ITIL-aligned design, and mentor the team while collaborating with stakeholders to implement efficient processes and integrations across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ITIL/ITSM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform governance and set strategic direction for ServiceNow roadmap.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions including workflows and apps.
• Configure ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules; develop scripts and UI policies.
• Design automated workflows and drive process improvements to reduce manual effort.
• Lead development lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, and upgrades.
