Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as a Business Analyst.
• Proven skills in requirement gathering, process design, testing, and solution implementation.
• Experience analyzing, investigating, and resolving functional issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITSM internal components (Business Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Notifications).
• Experience with ServiceNow preferred.
