Job summary
State of Florida in Tallahassee is seeking a Systems Project Analyst to serve as a ServiceNow (Snow) Analyst for the Florida PALM Project. The role focuses on configuring, designing, and implementing business processes and workflows within ServiceNow, including Case, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge modules.
You will create and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs, analyze requirements with stakeholders, and stay current on ServiceNow
Qualifications
- Five years of IT experience is required, with a degree alternative on a year-for-year basis.
- Five years as a Business Analyst and experience in requirement gathering, process design, testing, and solution implementation.
- Experience building dashboards and reports to monitor ServiceNow performance.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and modules; PM/Agile concepts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement business processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure ServiceNow, including Case, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and related modules.
- Create and maintain workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Provide support and troubleshoot ServiceNow related issues and incidents.
- Stay up to date with latest ServiceNow features and enhancements; drive continual improvement.
