Job summary

Government Property Agency is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Systems Administrator to transform and maintain our ServiceNow platform, spanning ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, ITOM and BCM modules.

You will implement workflows, optimize integrations with Salesforce, M365, Planon IWMS, JIRA and Confluence, and deliver improvements across operations. A passion for SaaS and automation will help you drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Certification as ServiceNow System Administrator preferred.
• Experience implementing ITSM, HRSD, and CSM on ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, ITOM, BCM modules.
• Perform health checks, patches, and upgrades to ensure stability.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Planon IWMS, JIRA and Confluence.
• Develop new workflows, write basic scripts and business rules.
• Lead Incident, Problem and Change management following ITIL practices.
• Provide first-line support and coordinate with second-line teams.
