The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) seeks an Enterprise Systems Administrator to manage the ServiceNow platform for ITSM, CMDB, discovery, and catalog services. You will configure forms, workflows, and access controls, and support incidents at an enterprise level.

Salary Range: Up to $75,500/Annualized,commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications.

Responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration,maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform. This roleensures the platform operates efficiently, securely, and inalignment with business and IT service management processes. Commonresponsibilities include user and role administration, workflowconfiguration, incident and request support, CMDB maintenance,reporting, upgrades, and troubleshooting. This role will alsoinclude helping with problem resolution, and test systems forefficiency on an enterprise level.
Under supervision, responsible for the installation, testing,administration, and documentation of enterprise software. Thisposition works closely with process owners, developers, supportteams, and business stakeholders to improve service delivery andautomate operational processes.
This position will work primarily on campus.Travel and parking expenses are the employee's responsibility.
