Job summary

Uline in Wisconsin is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our ServiceNow platform across North America. You will handle applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs and ensure reliable service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS/IT, 2+ years in EUC admin, and familiarity with ITIL, JavaScript, and ServiceNow customization. CSA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.
