Job summary

Uline is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to optimize and support our platform across North America. You will manage applications, modules and workflows, troubleshoot incidents and ensure reliable delivery of services.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 2+ years EUC admin experience, ITIL knowledge, and strong JavaScript/ServiceNow customization skills; CSA certification is preferred. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience administering EUC applications.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows.
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor system performance, upgrades and user access.
• Build dashboards and reports to identify trends and improve service delivery.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
