Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to optimize and support our ServiceNow platform across North America. This on-site role will manage applications, workflows and upgrades to ensure reliable service delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a CS/IT degree, 2+ years EUC admin experience, ITIL knowledge, and strong JS skills. CSA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• 2+ years of EUC administration experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.
