Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor, seeks a ServiceNow System Administrator to optimize and support our ServiceNow platform across the organization. This on-site role is based at Uline’s Pleasant Prairie HQ and focuses on reliability, efficiency, and continuous service improvement.

You will administer applications, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and build dashboards to identify trends. The ideal candidate has a CS/IT degree, 2+ years EUC experience, ITIL knowledge, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs.
Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.
Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.
