Job summary

Uline is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to optimize and support our ServiceNow platform across the North American operations from our Pleasant Prairie, WI headquarters. You will manage modules, workflows, incidents, upgrades and dashboards to drive reliable service delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong ITIL and JavaScript skills, and preferred ServiceNow CSA certification with EUC experience. On-site work and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
• 2+ years of EUC administration experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.
