Job summary

Uline is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to optimize and support our ServiceNow platform across our growing North American operations. You will manage applications, modules and workflows, troubleshoot incidents, and drive reliable service delivery to internal customers.

The ideal candidate has a background in ITIL, strong JavaScript skills, and 2+ years of EUC experience. This on-site role in Pleasant Prairie, WI offers comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in administering EUC applications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.

• Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H1‑B lottery.
