Uline is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform across North America. You will handle applications, modules, workflows, and dashboards to ensure reliable service delivery and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA preferred.
• 2+ years of EUC administration experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H1‑B lottery.
