Job summary

Uline, a family‑owned North American leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. You will implement modules, workflows and dashboards to deliver reliable IT services and data insights.

Ideal candidates have a CS/IT degree, 2+ years EUC admin experience, and familiarity with ITIL, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization; CSA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• 2+ years of EUC admin experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, JavaScript, and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.
