Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to join our client on a remote direct hire basis. The role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow implementations, agile delivery, and stakeholder management.

You will lead full lifecycle projects, define objectives and plans, coordinate with client teams, and manage budgets and risks to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow including implementation, development and configuration.
• 8+ years of experience leading project teams and managing complex IT projects.
• Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables with clients; create detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates, identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Implement Agile and Scrum practices to improve project efficiency.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate change management processes for smooth transition and adoption.
• Ensure solutions align with ITSM best practices and ServiceNow capabilities.

Salary

$140,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience).

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including implementation, development, and configuration
