Job summary

CoreX Corp, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, seeks an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Practice Director to lead, grow, and scale our SPM practice while delivering exceptional outcomes for customers.

This role partners with Sales, Solution Consulting, Architecture, and Delivery teams to drive business growth, develop scalable SPM solutions, and expand customer adoption across the ServiceNow platform, while building and mentoring a high-performing consulting team.

Qualifications

8+ years in ServiceNow consulting or delivery.
5+ years with ServiceNow SPM/ITBM.
Proven record leading or scaling a SPM practice.
Deep SPM expertise: PPM, APM, Demand, Resource, Strategy.
Experience with executive-level relationships and presales.
Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
CSA and SPM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and drive strategy, growth and development of CoreX's ServiceNow SPM practice.
Build and scale SPM services, delivery methodologies, best practices.
Identify new business opportunities and expand SPM adoption across existing and prospective customers.
Lead customer discovery sessions, solution discussions, and executive presentations.
Provide leadership across multiple SPM engagements and ensure quality.
Mentor and develop ServiceNow SPM architects, business process consultants, technical consultants, and developers.
Promote training and professional development within the team.
Travel as needed for customer engagements.
