Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture Manager to lead design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow SPM solutions that align portfolio strategy with Agile delivery and business outcomes.

You will partner with business leaders and Agile teams to design scalable ServiceNow solutions enabling governance, digital transformation, and operational excellence across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Active CSA, CAD, and CIS-SPM certifications are required.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, and solution design experience.
• Hands-on expertise implementing ServiceNow SPM and ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow SPM across enterprise environments.
• Define governance, data models, integrations, and platform standards.
• Architect enterprise Agile operating models: portfolio intake, demand, project, Sprint, and Kanban.
