Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture Manager in Atlanta, GA. The role sits hybrid/onsite as required and focuses on leading the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow SPM solutions that align portfolio strategy with Agile delivery.

Qualifications

Active ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
Active ServiceNow CAD certification is required.
Active CIS-SPM certification is required.
8+ years of ServiceNow architecture, implementation and solution design experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions across enterprise environments.
Define and govern scalable ServiceNow architecture, workflows, data models, integrations, and platform standards.
Design and implement enterprise Agile operating models, including portfolio intake, demand management, project execution, Sprint planning, and Kanban workflows.
Architect and support integrations between ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Azure DevOps to streamline portfolio and delivery management processes.
Translate complex business and portfolio management requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation roadmaps.
Lead enterprise workflow automation, service management optimization, CMDB governance, and platform modernization initiatives.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers, administrators, business analysts, and project teams.
Drive platform governance, performance optimization, release management, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.
