NLB Services is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise-wide SPM transformations in New York. You will design scalable operating models aligned with corporate strategy and define portfolio governance, demand management, and investment planning frameworks.

You will translate business objectives into technology solutions, conduct executive workshops, and guide PMO modernization and organizational change management, ensuring value realization across portfolios.

• Lead enterprise-wide SPM transformation initiatives.
• Design scalable operating models aligned with organizational strategy.
• Define portfolio governance, demand management, investment planning, and prioritization frameworks.
• Drive business value realization and strategic alignment across portfolios.
• Design solutions across: Demand Management, Agile Development, Resource Management, Investment Funding, Strategic Planning Workspace.
• Define scalable architecture and governance standards.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow's out-of-box capabilities and platform strategy.
• Conduct executive workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business objectives into technology solutions.
• Develop maturity assessments and transformation roadmaps.
• Provide strategic recommendations for PMO modernization and portfolio optimization.
• Advise customers on portfolio governance and organizational change management.
