Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant - SPM to configure and implement ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions, helping clients optimize portfolio planning, project execution, demand management, investment governance, and resource management. You will conduct workshops, design solutions, configure modules, design dashboards, and support PMO transformation, while guiding integrations with ERP and project systems.

Certifications in CSA and CIS-SPM are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Minimum 3 years implementing SPM/PPM solutions.
• Experience working with PMOs and portfolio governance teams.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities
