Job summary

New Vision Softcom Consultancy seeks a senior ServiceNow architect to lead end-to-end SPM/ITBM strategy and delivery. You will define the enterprise architecture, drive the technical roadmap, and govern integrations with CSDM/CMDB across ERP, PPM, Jira and Azure DevOps.

The role demands strong leadership and pre-sales influence at executive levels. You will mentor teams, conduct design reviews, and champion Now Assist/Agentic AI use cases within SPM workflows while ensuring upgrade-safe

Qualifications

• 1012+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• 3+ years hands-on SPM/ITBM implementation experience.
• CIS-SPM certification is mandatory.
• Experience with CSDM/CMDB, integrations, Performance Analytics, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub is required.
• Now Assist/Agentic AI, Enterprise Architecture and BFSI/regulated-industry experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM/ITBM solutions across Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource and Financial Management.
• Define the enterprise SPM architecture, technical roadmap and governance standards aligned with business strategy.
• Architect and implement Strategic Planning, Investment Funding, Alignment Planner and Agile Planning capabilities.
• Ensure integration of SPM with CSDM, CMDB, Enterprise Architecture and application/technology portfolios
• Design and govern integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server and IntegrationHub with ERP, PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, ITSM and other platforms.
• Drive OOTB adoption, scalability, security, performance and upgrade-safe architecture with minimal customization.
• Design and implement Now Assist and Agentic AI use cases within SPM workflows.
• Lead architecture workshops, solution design sessions and technical reviews with PMO, Finance, IT and business stakeholders.
• Present SPM solutions, roadmap and value propositions to senior/executive stakeholders and act as the SPM product evangelist.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers and consultants, conduct design/code reviews and establish development standards.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, product demonstrations, effort estimation and RFP/RFI responses.
• Lead enterprise-scale SPM implementations and provide technical ownership and delivery governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

1012+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of ServiceNow experience and 3+ years of hands-on SPM/ITBM implementation experience. Strong experience in ServiceNow SPM architecture, Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource and Financial Management. Must have architect-level ownership of enterprise SPM implementations and experience leading at least 2 enterprise-scale SPM programs. CIS-SPM certification is mandatory. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and executive presence are essential. Experience with CSDM/CMDB, integrations, Performance Analytics, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub is required. Now Assist/Agentic AI, Enterprise Architecture and BFSI/regulated-industry experience will be an advantage.
