Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Developer to design, develop, and maintain strategic portfolio management solutions across the enterprise.

You will implement PPM, Demand, Resource, and Portfolio workflows, and build advanced reports and dashboards to track performance. The role requires strong ServiceNow SPM expertise, ITSM knowledge, and experience with Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and Jira integrations.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow SPM certification and hands-on experience are required.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and portfolio management practices.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow SPM solutions across the enterprise portfolio.
• Implement PPM, Demand, Resource, and Portfolio management workflows.
• Configure reports, analytics dashboards, and governance processes.
• Integrate SPM with ITSM and external tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Create complex business rules, scripts, and automation using Flow Designer.
