Job summary

Bolt Data is seeking a Solution Architect to partner with clients and delivery teams to define, develop, and implement business solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The architect may work as a project resource for client or Bolt Data teams, overseeing hands-on configuration and end-to-end delivery with limited management direction.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, designing scalable solutions, estimating effort, managing scope, and ensuring a successful deployment with knowledge

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification is required.
• Familiarity with FSM, CSM, and SOM certifications.
• 7+ years in software delivery lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile) and PM approaches.
• 5 years hands-on design and deployment experience in ServiceNow.
• 3 years Field Service experience including customer service management and call center support.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design with stakeholders.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and delivery partners.
• Provide knowledge transfer and client training on implemented solutions.
