This role leads technical delivery across complex projects, ensuring quality, integration, and adherence to architectural best practices.

The candidate will have 8+ years in ServiceNow, strong CRM/ERP integration experience, and the ability to mentor teams while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow implementations and multiple enterprise projects.
• Proven track record in software implementations and CRM/ERP integrations.
• 4+ years in ServiceNow ecosystem as a Technical Architect.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with clients and project teams to drive delivery.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and estimates for delivery.
• Develop detailed technical design documents and ensure alignment to specs.
• Coordinate cross-team efforts including vendors and client staff.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards across projects.
• Mentor junior team members and support sales activities.
