Job summary

Bolt Data is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering ServiceNow and CRM initiatives on time and within budget. You will drive execution, align deliverables with business goals, and manage scope, resources, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong planning, communication, and risk management skills, with experience in remote consulting and large enterprise projects. Travel may be required domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a remote consulting group.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations and CRM projects (Salesforce, Siebel, etc.).
• Proficient in data manipulation (Excel, Access, Google Analytics).
• Strong written, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with key client and project stakeholders.
• Communicate delivery updates, risks, issues, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to define objectives, scope, timelines, and roles.
• Lead project meetings to monitor status, risks, and actions.
