Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking a ServiceNow Architect in Charlotte, NC to design solutions that align with IT strategy and business needs. You will collaborate with IT teams to ensure performance and governance of the platform.

You will lead design efforts, evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities, mentor developers, and drive architectural standards across complex initiatives, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow architect or developer, with cloud tech (AWS/Azure).
• Strong IT service management knowledge and business process understanding.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs and IT strategy.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow technologies and define roadmaps.
• Develop target design, policies, and standards across projects.
• Mentor team and provide technical leadership for ServiceNow.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features to enhance capabilities.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to align strategies.
