Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Architect to provide hands-on technical and solution architecture leadership across the ServiceNow platform for government clients. The role translates complex business needs into scalable platform solutions and guides delivery teams through architecture decisions.

Candidates should have 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, CSA and CIS certifications, strong ITSM/ITOM/ITAM knowledge, and proven ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, including designing or leading ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical ServiceNow architectures.
• Strong knowledge across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CMDB/CSDM, and related platform services.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, or enterprise system integrations.
• ServiceNow security, governance, and scalable architecture expertise.
• ServiceNow CSA certification and/or CIS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions for government clients.
• Translate business needs into platform capabilities and implementation approaches.
• Provide architectural guidance across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB/CSDM, and integrations.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and architecture reviews with stakeholders.
• Mentor delivery teams on platform standards and best practices.
