About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow from scratch. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing scalable solutions, migrating data from legacy systems, and integrating identity modules while aligning workflows with existing business processes. Experience with other ITSM platforms is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow platform from the ground up
• Plan and execute data migration from existing ITSM platforms to ServiceNow
• Design and configure identity modules for secure integrations across enterprise systems
• Build and optimize workflows to match and improve current business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with ITIL/ITSM best practices
• Provide guidance to developers and administrators on ServiceNow best practices
• Conduct testing, validation, and training to ensure successful adoption

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Consultant, with full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, workflows, and integrations
• Hands‑on experience with data migration from other ITSM solutions
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) modules
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices
• Experience with similar ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Freshservice) preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA, or Architect-level)
• Experience with HRSD, CSM, or ITOM modules
• Cloud integration experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
