Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 5+ years architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs and workflow automation.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

This individual will play a critical role in architecting scalable ServiceNow solutions, supporting foundational platform services, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities.
