Job summary

Community Health Systems seeks a ServiceNow Business Analyst to translate business requirements into functional specs and support the design and rollout of ServiceNow modules across ITSM, HRSD, and more.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather needs, evaluate vendor capabilities, and coordinate documentation, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals while driving readiness and change management efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, including ITSM/SPM/EA/CMDB/HRSD.
• 3-5 years in business analysis, systems analysis, or IT project support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, SPM, EA, BCM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications and support design/implementation of modules.
• Conduct feasibility assessments, evaluate vendor capabilities, costs, and fit.
• Coordinate technical and vendor documentation for solution integrations and implementations.
• Maintain project tracking, reporting, and resource coordination within portfolios.
• Support business readiness, communications, and change management activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve demand and delivery workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
